“Never Forget”

Null, #void, surrounded by glow-in-the-dark star decals. Left bud in your ear, right in mine. The exquisite feeling of this place, written in lyrics on the insides of cassette tapes. Kisses sweet, soft on your lips. Promises promises, "Never forget."

Poetry

A Boy

She, a #veteran of love, and lovers. You, a boy, still fresh nineteen. She calls you her man, and kisses you that way. She says your name with a little sugar, honey, tenderness, adoration, passion of every kind. She makes you sing. Sweet. You say, "Teach me. Everything."

Poetry

Sweet Innocence

Sweet Innocence, Winds of approaching rain cooled sweat above her lip, cheek gripped by concrete's gavel. Blood-- the stick glue that holds her teeth in her mouth, and her body to the ground. #Verdict thrown against her, and she against it, from the highest window.

Poetry

The Last

You were the One, the last, those things we dreamed did come to pass. You fantasized. That's all it took. To lock our stories in a book. Your muse, My Queen, forever yours. I crave to sign your name once more.

Poetry

After the Rain

Juney was waiting to die. Like shoes, she wore her life. As a rose, she developed anthophobia and was nipped away. As a human, illness struck #viciously, and she was mourned for a day. Her next life, she prayed for no pain, only to be the rainbow, after the rain. #vss365 #amwriting #poetey
